My wife and I have been going here for a few years now and we just love the place. The appetizer menu is bigger than most restaurant menus. The food is 5 star! The place has a upscale Manhattan feel!

We ate dinner at the Apollo in early March and we were *very* impressed. Truthfully, we hadn't expected to find such a terrific restaurant in a city the size of Bethlehem. The Apollo is both sophisticated and very comfortable. The food was outstanding, as was the service. The interior is very attractive (with art on the walls) and we met one of the owners (a very friendly woman). Prices are reasonable, and certainly much moreso than what you'd pay at such a place in bigger cities. Due to the Apollo's huge popularity, you need a reservation and they do get booked-up for "peak" times. Parking is also slightly problematic, as you need to use a garage (unless you're one of the lucky few to get an on-street space).

This is my favorite restaurant in the Valley. I would recommend trying a few things from their extensive appetizer menu to get a feel for the food. Decent martinis & very friendly waitstaff. Mainly 35+ professional crowd. There is rotating art on the walls which is available for purchase if you're so inclined.

Apollo is definitely a cool atmosphere--a metro feel in Bethlehem. The drink menu offers many fun cocktails. We had entrees...but next time I go back I would order a couple of the appetizers and make more of a tapas serving. There are so many to try, and everything I had was delicious! The bar had a 30 something crowd, the rest of the place was mixed. Good for casual dates...but be prepared to sit close to others in the main dining area.
